How big are Chymora wind chimes?
All our chimes are 36 inches long overall, with 6 deep-toned aluminum tubes hanging from a solid pine wood crown.
What do they sound like?
Deep and resonant — closer to a temple bell than a typical garden chime. Hand-tuned to a low, meditative pitch. Quiet enough for apartment balconies, present enough for memorial gardens.
Will they hold up outdoors year-round?
Yes. Powder-coated aluminum will not rust. Solid pine wood is weather-treated and reinforced. Weather-resistant strings and a reinforced metal hook. Built to last as long as the memory.
Is the pendant engraved on both sides?
Yes. Every Chymora pendant is double-sided engraved so it reads beautifully from any angle.
Personalized photo pendants
How do I upload my photo?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email within minutes with a link to upload your photo. We accept JPG and PNG, up to 5MB.
How long does production take for a personalized chime?
We need 2-3 business days of production time before shipping, in addition to the standard shipping time.
Can I return a personalized chime?
Because they're made specifically for you, personalized chimes are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If anything is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement.

Where do you ship?
Within the continental United States only. Standard shipping is free over $50, or $5.99 under. Expedited is $12.99 flat.
How long does delivery take?
Standard: 3-5 business days after dispatch. Expedited: 1-2 business days. Personalized chimes add 2-3 business days of production time.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships, with a direct link to follow the package.
Gifts
Can I send a Chymora chime directly to someone going through loss?
Yes. Every chime ships in a premium gift box with the printed Letter from Heaven and keepsake keychain — appropriate to send directly to a funeral home, memorial service, or the bereaved's home.
Do you include a gift message?
You can add a gift message at checkout. We'll include it as a printed note in the package.
Returns & support
What if my chime arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
