Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and international destinations are not available at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options.

Cost shown is for the contiguous 48 US states.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.
  • Personalized orders (custom photo pendant items) require an additional 2–3 business days of production time before dispatch. This is so we can create your unique photo pendant with care.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time may begin processing the next business day.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or US holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to follow the package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order anytime at chymora.com/account.

Fulfillment

All Chymora orders are fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment network, which means:

  • Reliable delivery with industry-leading on-time performance (over 97%)
  • Trackable packages with proactive delivery updates
  • Wide carrier network — your order may arrive via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@chymora.com.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or missing packages: Most carrier delays resolve within 2–3 days. If your package is more than 5 business days late, please contact us with your order number and tracking info.
  • Damaged in transit: Photograph the damaged box and product, then contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a free replacement.
  • Stolen "delivered" packages: We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim. We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on circumstances.
