1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Chymora website (chymora.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. About Chymora

Chymora ("we", "us", "our") is a designer of memorial wind chimes and sympathy gifts. We are an online-only brand fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment network. All products are shipped from the United States.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to make a purchase from chymora.com.

4. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and prices. However, slight variations in actual product appearance vs. photos may occur due to handcrafted nature, screen color differences, or natural wood grain variation. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments.
Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and US state requirements.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Inventory unavailability
Shipping restrictions

You will be notified by email if your order cannot be fulfilled and any payment will be refunded in full.

7. Custom & Personalized Products

For products with custom photo pendants or other personalization:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the image or content provided.
You confirm you have the right to use the image (e.g., it is your photo or you have permission).
Personalized products are non-returnable except for defects (see our Refund Policy).
We may reject inappropriate content; in such cases, we will contact you for an alternative.

Attempt to disrupt or compromise our security
Use our website for any illegal purpose
Scrape, mine, or harvest data from our website

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chymora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
